Upon arrival at Bangkok airport, you will be greeted by your Spanish-speaking guide and transferred to the hotel. You will have free time until check-in, which is subject to availability (generally, rooms are available from 2:00 p.m.). Overnight stay.

At the scheduled time, we will begin the tour of the main streets of Bangkok and its historic area. We will start with a visit to Wat Traimit, home to the impressive Golden Buddha, which weighs 5.5 tons. Next, we will head to Wat Po, where the largest Reclining Buddha in Thailand is located. Finally, we will visit the Grand Palace, the royal residence since 1782, and Wat Phra Kaeo, the temple that houses the revered Emerald Buddha. Afterward, return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day Off. We suggest visiting:

  • Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun): This iconic temple on the banks of the Chao Phraya River is known for its stunning prang (tower) decorated with fragments of Chinese porcelain. You can climb the prang to enjoy panoramic views of the city and the river.
  • Khao San Road: This famous street is a vibrant hub of nightlife, souvenir shops, restaurants, and bars. It's the perfect place to experience backpacker culture, try Thai street food, and meet travelers from all around the world.
  • MahaNakhon Skywalk: Enjoy 360-degree panoramic views from 314 meters high, located in Thailand’s second tallest skyscraper. With a thrilling glass floor, book your tickets in advance for a unique experience.

At the agreed time, we will depart by road, making a stop along the way to visit the famous Train Market, located next to the tracks. Here, we will witness how, in a matter of seconds, the market is dismantled to make way for the train, and then quickly set up again afterward. We will continue towards the Floating Market, where we will take a boat ride through its canals, enjoying an authentic and picturesque Thai landscape. Next, we will head to the province of Kanchanaburi, where we will visit Wat Tham Sua, a temple known for the fusion of Buddhist and Hindu architecture. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will take a small boat ride along the Kwai River, surrounded by stunning jungle, before reaching our hotel located by the river. We will have free time to relax, explore the surroundings, and enjoy the peaceful landscape. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 5 • KANCHANABURI – AYUTTHAYA

We will start the day by visiting Hellfire Pass, the deepest section of the Death Railway. Next, we will explore the Saiyok Noi waterfall and the famous bridge over the Kwai River. Afterward, we will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. We will then continue our journey to Ayutthaya, the ancient capital of the Kingdom of Siam and a UNESCO World Heritage site. There, we will visit the impressive Chai Wattanaram Temple. Afterward, we will head to the hotel for check-in and accommodation.

DAY 6 • AYUTTHAYA – ANGTHONG – KHAMPEANGPHET – SUKHOTHAI

In the morning, we depart towards the temples of Wat Yai Chaimongkol and Wat Mahathat. Then, we continue on to Angthong to admire the temple that houses the tallest Buddha image in the world, standing at 93 meters. Afterward, we enjoy lunch before heading to Kamphaeng Phet, the former extension of the Sukhothai capital and also a UNESCO World Heritage site. There, we visit the ruins of the temples. Finally, we make our way to Sukhothai. Accommodation.

DAY 7 • SUKHOTHAI – LAMPANG – CHIANG RAI

At the scheduled time, we depart to visit the archaeological ruins of the first capital of the Kingdom of Siam. The Sukhothai Kingdom is considered the golden age of Thai civilization, and the religious art and architecture of the time are regarded as the most classical examples of Thai styles. The original capital was surrounded by three concentric fortifications and two moats, with four gates providing access. We will visit the historical park of this ancient capital and its most important temples. Our next stop will be at a Muay Thai school, Thailand’s national sport. Here, we will have the opportunity to learn basic techniques from the instructor, a former boxing champion. After lunch, we will continue towards Chiang Rai. Upon arrival, we will transfer to the hotel for check-in and overnight stay.

DAY 8 • CHIANG RAI – CHIANG MAI

At the scheduled time, we depart to visit the Rong Suea Ten Temple, also known as the Blue Temple. Afterward, we will head to the Golden Triangle, where Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos meet, separated by the Mekong River. In this area, once a center of opium trafficking, we will visit the Opium Museum. Then, we will visit the White Temple, Wat Rongkhung, before continuing towards Chiang Mai, the Rose of the North. Founded in the 13th century as part of the Lanna Kingdom, the ancient city is surrounded by a moat and walls. Upon arrival, we will explore the Crafts Street, where we will visit workshops for silk, hand-painted umbrellas, and a gemstone factory. Accommodation.

DAY 9 • CHIANG MAI

At the scheduled time, we depart to visit the ECO VALLEY Elephant Sanctuary, where we will spend the day getting a closer look at these incredible animals. We will begin with a visit to the elephant cultural museum, followed by preparing their food, which includes herbs, fruits, bananas, and sugarcane, creating multivitamin balls. Additionally, we will learn how to make paper from elephant dung. Next, we will enjoy a bath with the elephants under a waterfall. The day will continue with a visit to the Kayan (Giraffe) Women’s community, where we will walk through the village and observe the small houses they live in. After lunch, we will return to the hotel for check-in and overnight stay.

IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Passengers must present a Digital Arrival Card to Thailand (TDAC) completed within 3 days prior to arrival and present the email acknowledgment upon arrival.
  • Passengers must demonstrate they have sufficient financial means upon arrival, with at least 20,000 baht (approximately 614.56 USD) per person or 40,000 baht (approximately 1,228.97 USD) per family.
