HOTELS

  • The hotels listed are for reference only and are the most commonly used for this type of tour. However, when confirming services, please note that the actual hotels may vary but will be of the same category.
  • TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE ROOMS: These rooms are designed to accommodate guests in two beds. No additional bed will be provided. Subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.
  • Services such as cribs or bed type preferences (Twin, King, Queen) are subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.

ITINERARY

  • The itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions, weather, unforeseen circumstances, or availability at the time of booking.
  • The order of activities may be adjusted, but the overall content of the itinerary will remain unchanged.
  • Shared/Regular Services: These services are conducted in shared groups with other tourists. Transportation, guided tours, and activities are carried out together with other participants. Schedules and the itinerary may be adjusted to coordinate with other groups.
  • The tour will be conducted in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • The transfer is carried out between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Outside of this time frame, an additional charge will apply.
  • Travel documents will be delivered 8 days before the departure date.

CHILD POLICY

  • Infants (under 1.99 years): No additional charge applies. No meals and no assigned seat on ground transportation. However, if a special seat or any other equipment is needed for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate these needs.
  • Children (ages 3 to 16): Children in this age group pay the child rate. They will share a bed in the same room with their parents, with no option for an extra bed.
  • Children (17 years and older): Children in this age group pay the adult rate.
  • Room Occupancy: The maximum number of children per room sharing with parents is subject to each hotel's policy.
  • Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. Upon check-in, a valid ID, passport, or civil registration document must be presented.

VISAS

  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to have the necessary documentation to enter the United States and Canada. For more information, please contact the U.S. and/or Canadian Consulate.
  • Citizens of the following countries do not require a visa to enter Canada: Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica, and Panama. However, they must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) if traveling to Canada by air.
