At the scheduled time, you will begin to discover the history of Barranquilla by visiting iconic locations, such as the traditional El Prado neighborhood, famous for its architecture, mansions, streets, and its iconic hotel, which has welcomed important international figures for over 90 years. You will also learn why the city is called “The Golden Gate” of Colombia, a pioneer in aviation, and the history preserved in the Parque de los Fundadores. Next, you will visit the Casa del Carnaval, the official headquarters of the country’s most important festival, and the Carnaval Museum, which houses collections representing this celebration. You will continue to the Amira de la Rosa Theater, the open-air graffiti exhibition, and the ‘Edgar Rentería’ baseball stadium, one of the city’s most prominent sports venues. Then, you will explore the Plaza de la Aduana complex, which includes the Plaza de la Locomotora, the Montoya Station, and the Tram Station, as well as the Intendencia Fluvial, a cultural heritage site of the city. Finally, the route concludes with a panoramic view from the Ventana al Mundo and the Ventana de Campeones, where you can admire the Gran Malecón del Río and the majestic panorama of the Magdalena River. HOTELS

  • The mentioned hotels are for reference only; they are the most commonly used for this type of tour. However, when confirming services, it’s important to consider that the confirmed hotels may be different but of the same category.
  • DOUBLE ROOM: Confirmed with a queen-size bed. If you prefer two single beds, please request this in advance, as it is subject to hotel availability and may affect the price.
  • TRIPLE ROOMS: A rollaway bed will be added to the double bed. Availability of the rollaway bed is subject to hotel confirmation at the time of booking. If you prefer three single beds, note that this request depends on the hotel’s policies and may lead to a change in room category and price.
  • Services such as cribs or specific bed types (Twin, King, Queen) are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Check-in is from 3:30 PM, and check-out must be completed before 12:00 PM.

ITINERARY AND VISITS

  • The itinerary is subject to changes due to road conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances at the time of booking.
  • The order of the itinerary may change, but the content will remain the same.
  • The contracted transport allows one checked bag up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and one carry-on up to 8 kg (17.5 lbs) per person. In case of excess luggage, the possibility of including it without additional charges will be evaluated, subject to vehicle capacity. It is recommended not to leave valuables on the transport. The operator is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of valuable items.
  • Regular/Shared Services: These services are carried out in groups with other tourists. Transport, guided tours, and activities will be done together with other participants. Schedules and itineraries may be adjusted to coordinate with other groups.
  • For airport-hotel-airport transfers between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM, an additional fee will apply.
  • Travel documents are provided 8 days before the departure date.

CHILD POLICY

  • Infants (under 1.99 years old): They only pay air taxes. The exact amount is confirmed at the time the ticket is issued. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any other equipment for the vehicle, please let us know at the time of booking to ensure we can accommodate these needs.
  • Children (from 2 to 10 years old): Children in this age group pay the child fare.
  • Children (11 years and older): Children over 11 years of age pay the adult fare.
  • Room Occupancy: The maximum number of children per room sharing with parents is subject to each hotel's policies.
  • Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by one of their parents or guardians. At check-in, they must present their identity card, valid passport, or birth certificate.
