HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned are for reference only; they are the most commonly used in these types of tours. However, when confirming services, please note that other hotels of the same category may be confirmed.
  • Services such as bed type (Twin, King, Queen) are subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.
  • Check-in is available from 3:30 pm, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 pm.

ITINERARY AND VISITS

  • This itinerary may be subject to changes due to road conditions, weather, or other unforeseen factors, or availability at the time of booking.
  • The order of the itinerary may change, but the content will remain the same.
  • The contracted transportation allows one piece of luggage up to 23 kg and one carry-on up to 8 kg per person. In case of excess luggage, it will be evaluated if it can be included at no additional cost, subject to vehicle capacity.
  • It is recommended not to leave valuable items on the transportation. The operator is NOT responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of valuable items.
  • Regular/Shared Services: These services are provided in shared groups with other tourists. Transportation, guided tours, and activities are conducted jointly with other participants. Schedules and itineraries may be adjusted to coordinate with other groups.
  • For airport-hotel-airport transfers between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am, an additional charge will apply.
  • In Bogotá, the Gold Museum is closed on Mondays and will be replaced by the Botero Museum. At Monserrate, on Sundays and holidays, the number of local visitors tends to increase, so it is recommended to purchase the Fast Pass supplement to avoid long lines.
  • The ascent to the Piedra del Peñol is optional and not included in the entry price. It is important to note that the difficulty level is medium-high. If a guide in other languages is required, an additional supplement will be charged. On weekends, the location tends to receive a high volume of visitors.
