Arrival at Amman Airport, the capital of Jordan. After disembarking, you will complete the visa procedures and then transfer to the hotel. Enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation.

We begin with a panoramic tour of Amman, where the ancient and modern blend exceptionally. We’ll start with a visit to the contemporary part of the city before heading to the historic center, where you'll enjoy stunning views from the Citadel. Then we’ll continue to the majestic Roman Theater and immerse ourselves in the local culture by visiting traditional markets (souqs), churches, Abdali Boulevard, modern residential areas, and iconic mosques such as the King Abdullah I Blue Mosque. Next, we’ll head to Jerash, one of the jewels of the ancient Roman Empire, known as the "Pompeii of the East." Marvel at its theaters, temples, and plazas, including the impressive colonnaded street, the triumphal arch, the oval plaza, and the temples of Zeus and Artemis. We’ll then ascend to Ajloun Castle, a strategic fortress built in 1185 A.D. by one of Saladin’s generals to control the region’s iron mines. From its commanding position atop the mountain, you'll enjoy spectacular panoramic views. This castle is not only a remarkable example of Islamic architecture but also a testament to its crucial role in defending trade routes between Jordan and Syria. Overnight accommodation.

Depart for the east to explore the Islamic castles, built between the 7th and 8th centuries during the Umayyad dynasty. We will start with a visit to the Qasr Amra, an ancient hunting lodge that features unique frescoes in the Islamic world. Next, we will head to Qasr al-Kharanah, which once served as a caravanserai. The tour will conclude with a visit to the Roman-Umayyad fort of Azraq, a fortress built from black volcanic stone. Return to Amman. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 4 • AMMAN - MADABA - MOUNT NEBO - KARAK O SHOBAK - PETRA

Departure to Madaba, the charming "City of Mosaics," where we will visit the Church of St. George and its famous map of the Holy Land, created in 571 A.D. (note: it's 571 AD, not BC). Then, we ascend to Mount Nebo, the legendary site of Moses' tomb, where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Jordan Valley and visit its historic church. We continue along the Silk Road, an ancient trade route for silk, spices, and perfumes, toward the imposing Karak or Shobak fortress, built between 1110 and 1213 A.D. by the Templars during the Crusades and later captured by Saladin. Finally, we head to Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Today, you will have a full day in the Nabatean city of Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World and a filming location for Indiana Jones. It is one of the most impressive structures carved into pink rock more than 2,000 years ago. Discover the majestic entrance to the Siq gorge, and be amazed by the Treasury (Al Khazneh). Explore the ancient theater, the royal tombs, the Byzantine church, and the historic Colonnaded Street. If time permits, immerse yourself in the history at the Petra Museum or we recommend hiking up to the Monastery or the Altar of Sacrifice (at your own expense). Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 6 • PETRA – LITTLE PETRA – WADI RUM – AQABA

Departure to Little Petra, famous for being an important stop for Nabataean caravans along the silk and spice trade route, before reaching the main city. Then, we will head to the Wadi Rum desert, one of the most iconic film locations, featured in movies such as Lawrence of Arabia, The Martian (starring Matt Damon), and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. This desert, with its stunning landscape of red sand dunes and granite mountains in golden and reddish hues, is one of the most spectacular natural settings in the Middle East. We will take a classic 4x4 tour for approximately 2 hours, to admire the majestic scenery and the ancient petroglyphs carved into the rock. At the end of the day, we will proceed to the city of Aqaba, where we will enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation at the hotel.

DAY 7 • AQABA - DEAD SEA

Free time to relax on the beach in Aqaba and enjoy the hotel’s pool. At the scheduled time, transfer to the hotel at the Dead Sea, the world’s first natural spa and the lowest point on Earth. Upon arrival, free time to enjoy the hotel's beach and pool. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
