In that case, you will take a bus to Tokyo Station, from where you will take a taxi (the assistant will provide the necessary taxi fare). If the Airport Limousine Bus service is not available, an alternative transfer (train + taxi or other means of transportation) will be provided.

Note:

  • If your arrival time allows, you may find a guide in the hotel lobby available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM to provide information about your tour. The information desk is located in the Sofa Lounge (the area with sofas and chairs near the main tower reception, The Main).

IMPORTANT NOTES

TO IMPROVE YOUR EXPERIENCE

If you are a passenger with a disability, a history of surgeries, reduced mobility, or any specific medical condition that you consider relevant, we recommend communicating this in advance. This will allow us to plan your tour package accordingly and take the necessary measures to ensure your well-being, comfort, and a safe, satisfactory travel experience.

HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned are for reference only, as they are the most commonly used for these types of tours. However, when confirming services, it's important to note that the confirmed hotels may be different but of the same category.
  • DOUBLE AND TRIPLE ROOMS: In Japan, there are few double rooms (with one double bed). Generally, twin rooms, which have two separate single beds, are used. Rooms with a double bed may be smaller than twin rooms. Triple rooms usually have two single beds and one smaller additional bed. These are subject to availability at the time of booking. We do not recommend triple rooms for adults.
  • Services such as cribs or bed types (Twin, King, Queen) are subject to availability at the hotel when booking.

ITINERARY

  • This itinerary may be subject to changes due to road conditions, weather, unforeseen factors, or availability at the time of booking. It is possible that the order of the itinerary may change, but this will not affect the content.
  • Regular/Shared Services: These services are conducted in groups with other tourists. The transportation, guided tours, and activities are carried out together with other participants. Schedules and the itinerary may be adjusted to coordinate with other groups.
  • Luggage Delivery on Day 4: Luggage will be transported separately in a truck from the hotel in Tokyo to the hotel in Kyoto. During the journey between airports and hotels, luggage will be transferred in the vehicle’s trunk. One standard-sized suitcase (up to 23 kg) is allowed per person. When the group exceeds 40 passengers, a private truck is hired to transport luggage from Tokyo to the Kyoto hotel. In this case, luggage will arrive at the Kyoto hotel in the afternoon of the same day. However, in low season, when the number of passengers is insufficient, a regular delivery service is used instead. In this case, luggage will arrive at the Kyoto hotel the following day. Therefore, passengers should carry a small backpack or suitcase with clothing and essential items for the overnight stay.
  • If the flight departs from Kansai Airport (KIX) or Itami Airport (ITM) at 08:30 AM or earlier, an additional charge will apply per passenger (please check details), as a taxi reservation will be made for the transfer.
  • Travel documents are provided 6 days before the departure date.

CHILDREN POLICY

  • Infants (under 1.99 years old): Only pay airport taxes. The exact value is confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any other equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate these needs.
  • Children (2 to 6 years old): Children in this age group pay the child fare. However, we do not offer beds in hotels, meals, or seats on trains or buses. They will have to share a bed with their parents and sit on the parent’s lap if there are no available seats.
  • Children (7 years and older): Pay the adult fare.
  • Room Occupancy: The maximum number of children per room sharing with parents is subject to each hotel’s policy.
  • Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by one of their parents or guardians. At check-in, they must present their identity card, valid passport, or birth certificate.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR JAPAN
