HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned are for reference only and are commonly used for these types of tours. However, when confirming services, it's important to note that the confirmed hotels may be of equal category but different from those listed.
  • TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE ROOMS: These rooms are designed to accommodate guests with two beds. No additional bed will be provided. Subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Services such as cribs or bed types (Twin, King, Queen): Subject to availability at the time of booking.

ITINERARY

  • This itinerary is subject to changes due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseen factors, or availability at the time of booking. The order of the itinerary may change, but this will not affect the content of the tour.
  • Regular/Shared Services: These services are conducted in groups with other tourists. Transportation, guided tours, and activities are carried out together with other participants. Schedules and itineraries may be adjusted to coordinate with other groups.
  • The tour will be conducted in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • The transfer is carried out between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Outside of this time frame, an additional charge will apply.
  • Travel documents will be delivered 8 days prior to the departure date.

CHILD POLICY

  • Infants (under 1.99 years): Infants do not incur additional charges. Meals are not included, and they are not entitled to a seat on ground transportation. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any additional equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate these needs.
  • Children (ages 3 to 16): Children in this age group pay the child rate. They share a bed in the same room with their parents and are not entitled to an additional bed.
  • Children (ages 17 and up): Children in this age group pay the adult rate.
  • Room occupancy: The maximum number of children per room sharing with parents is subject to each hotel’s policy.
  • Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. At check-in, they must present a valid ID card, passport, or civil registration document.

VISAS

  • It is the passenger's responsibility to have the necessary documentation to enter the United States and Canada. For more information, contact the U.S. and/or Canadian Consulate.
  • Citizens of the following countries do not need a visa to enter Canada: Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica, and Panama. However, they must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) if traveling to Canada by air.
